I painted this building before I even knew how great one of them is - Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art. The contrast between all these vertical lines and this one rounded element of the bridge fascinated me. It was a time when I was discovering Newcastle, and I fully recommend visiting not only Baltic Centre but also the whole city.
